A MELE KALIKIMAKA FEAST AT KUHIO BEACH GRILL FEATURES A
DELECTABLE ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT DINNER BUFFET
HONOLULU, HAWAII – October 18, 2007 – Have yourself a merry, little Christmas with two
flavorful dinner buffets at Kuhio Beach Grill. Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa will offer a
festive array complete with all the trimmings on Christmas Eve, December 24, and Christmas
Day, December 25.
Executive Chef Brendan Mahoney is serving up a feast fit for Santa and his elves in the Kuhio
Beach Grill on Christmas Eve from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Christmas Day for an
additional hour from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The price for guests and kama’aina are $38.95 for
adults and $18.95 for children ages five through 12. Children ages four and under will dine
FREE when accompanied by a paying adult. Complimentary validated and self-parking will be
available.
Showcasing traditional seasonal fare infused with Chef Mahoney’s own unique culinary style,
the Christmas dinner buffet menu includes:

Prime Rib of Beef with Natural Herb Jus
Island Snapper with Roasted Lemon in Papillote with Big Island Tomato and Basil

Steamed Crab Legs
Leg of Lamb with Port Wine Jus, Sun Dried Cranberries and Fresh Mint
Sweet Passion Fruit Glazed Ham
These delectable entrees will be paired with Hawaiian Honey Whipped Yams with Oatmeal
Strudel Crisp, Steamed Jasmine Rice, and Hot Buttered Mashed Potatoes with Herb Gravy.
